Just wanting to say Hi. I'm in Smyrna, and my husband and I are just starting after not riding since teenagers. We're using free dept store bikes right now, but I'm learning how to clean them up and upgrading some things on them to make them last a bit since it will be quite some time before we can upgrade.
Right now we're only manging about 2 miles per trip but thats because we're severely out of shape and I have an autoimmune disease (Behcet's) and am just now in partially in remission after being sick for over a year.
So, we're starting out slow, cheap and hopefully will stick it out. We even picked up a trailer today for our 4 year old so we can go more times a week.
