Since magic marker has already been suggested I'm going to suggest shoe polish. Model paint on the labels might also work. You maybe could take the tire off and spray paint the whole thing, then you could have any color tire you want, but the paint might crack and chip over time since tires flex.

For me; if I liked the performance of the tire, I wouldn't worry about the labeling.
