SRAM cable pull?

Questions regarding shift/derailer compatibility seem to come up fairly often.
The question is frequently how to get Ergos to work with Shimano cassettes.
Many people have stated 10 speed Ergos will work with 8 speed Shimano cassette and derailer, or 9 speed using alternate cable routing/Hubbub.
Lennard Zinn stated 10 speed Ergos could be used with 10 speed Shimano cassettes by using a SRAM ESP derailer.
Zinn reported the (average) cable pull for his 10 speed Ergos as 3mm, but I see it listed elsewhere as 2.8mm.
DaveSSS states he measured the pull of his 10 speed Ergos as 2.5mm five times, 3mm twice, and 3.5mm twice, for an average of 2.833mm.
Zinn stated a 3.1mm average pull for his SRAM 10 speed shifter. This would mean an actuation ratio of 1.27/1.
DaveSSS stated a (uniform) 3mm cable pull for SRAM 10 speed (which he admits he hasn't measured for himself). This would give an actuation ratio of 1.32/1.
The actuation ratio for SRAM is listed (everywhere else I could find it) as 1.1/1.

Can anyone here clear this up?
If any of you have SRAM 10 speed shifters would you please be so kind as to measure the (per click) cable pull and report it here?
I would love to hear from two independent sources who agree with each other.

I'm going to assume DaveSSS measurements for Campy are (reasonably) accurate since he stated he measured tenths of a mm and his is off by hundredths of a mm.
