I just won this at eBay:

a 1994 ITM model 700 hinged stem...
Got it to add to my Weinmann Delta brake set to start a polished silver and black group:

The group might eventually end up on my polished silver and black Vitus Carbone.
Always had some doubts about these hinged stems but I just had to get this one as it looks like a nice match to my Wienmann Deltas. Not sure if ITM figured out their design better than Cinelli, but I guess I really have to be careful as this ITM could be a "Death Stem" too.
