@canyoneagle: Nope arms are not adjustable. Is that what people do...bend the arms? I know the Nittos on the Rivendell site have adjustable stays but ideally i'd find a rack that would just bolt into place in the perfect size.

Would be great to get recommendations for 32-35 tires that have good feel and are puncture resistant. Maybe I'll get some of those Jack Brown tires from Riv.
