That's only realistic if you're losing weight but not riding it off. If you're cycling and that's your main form of exercise for losing the weight then you'll be stronger and lighter. I've gone from 210lbs. to 170lbs. twice in the last 5 years and can tell you that I'm a lot faster climbing. Shouldn't be a news flash though. Imagine trying to climb a few flights of stairs with 40lbs. strapped on your current body.
