Blingy looking front lugs and internal top tube cable routing says something vintage and decent. Barilla brakes and wingnuts says something Italian and probably mid 60's to early 70s similar to an early Coppi and Legnano I picked up before. Steel rims, foam grips, 5 speed rear freewheel and cottered cranks says entry level but around the same time frame. What brand are the shift levers and wheel hubs? It's interesting but not a lottery winner. I wish I had the answer you want but I don't.
