After much handwringing, and final stabilization of health status in the RUOkie household, we have decided to start to build a new house. We have been vacillating between major remodel or moving. When costs were factored in for the remodel, we decided to start to look. Just found a new development and the price is right for the lots. The current homes are nice and our style.
