Many signs point to it being a
Model 25, but the Romic website guy does not think that the
serial number is in line with the format that Ray used and the lugs on my frame look a little poorly done compared to others.

0121076 The center "0" is the issue.
I still think it is truly a Romic, maybe worked on by an inexperienced employee, with an error in the serial number. It certainly could not be the 10,360th frame built by that time, but a claim of 1036th would be very legitimate.
