I don't think one ride will ever determine how a saddle is going to perform. There are just too many variables with a new saddle which can affect comfort such as saddle height, fore/aft position, tilt and so forth. I would be careful to make many small incremental adjustments with test rides on each. Changing saddles has the opportunity to require adjustments for the entire saddle position.
