A couple of places had a 2cm variation in the correct size.
Just think about this: 1inch=2.54cm. The diffrence in reach in a bike that has a 2cm longer top tube is less than an inch. With stem and saddle setback changes, you could in theory ride any frame in a 6cm range. I'm going to start a ****storm with this post though. If you take a look at the fit calculator on competative cyclist though, it backs up what I'm saying. At 6'4 with my measurements it recommends a 58 to a 64cm range, depending on which fit style you use.
