it is generally considered that narrow racing saddles are for bike setups where
the bars are lower than the saddle, as the rider is actually putting a lot of their weight on the pedals ,
to go at those competitive speeds..........

I think you're doomed to a sore butt with that set up. Put 80% of your weight on your handlebars for a ride and then ask what the most comfortable bar tape is.......
I'm sure their is some saddle that might be comfortable with that set up don't I don't think it's that one.......Might be that jumping saddle pic that's posted.
