Your incision site healed really well! It looks great.
I'm hoping for better ROM, too. The therapist is optimistic -- we're not working through much pain. Because of the assessment process, we didn't make it to the gym floor on Thursday. We'll see what Tuesday brings. I'll tell you that the back of my thighs are rebelling today. I would have expected my quads to be screaming at me.
