Are you being sarcastic? I'm 6'1" and mostly torso with a 59cm TT. Your bike (54cm TT and about 2 ft of seatpost) is a good fit for someone with long legs, not a long torso.
Try being 6'5" with a 32" inseam... I was sized for a 60cm frame, which barely provides any standover room, and I'm still sorting out what sort of stem length I'm going to need in order to get the rest of the bike to work for my extremely long torso.
