It's a work in progress but I got the bars, stem and grips in the mail so I can ride it. Bars and grips came through Amazon. Stem is a cheap Kalloy but it has the right length and bar clamp size. Saddle is a stand in for now, not sure what to put on it as I have mostly racy type saddles.
Also need to get matching brake levers and some matching tires with sidewalls but I think the spending light is off for now. I'll just have fun for awhile.
