Nice find! One of those enigmas; if this bike were seen only ten years ago, it wouldnt have caught my eye, but now it stands out somehow. Those "almost" old bikes in a nice state are tricky to find. I guess younger generations never learned the lesson of taking care of bikes. But, I would have gone for faster tires (maybe rims) and made it more roadbound.
