The Frejus and Torpado are beautiful! What kind of derailleur is on the Frejus? It looks similar to a Cambio Roubaix, but with the derailleur part on the bottom so it doesn't have to be backpedaled to shift. Am I even close?

Edit: After looking at it more, I see it's not even close to the Cambio Roubaix. The rod isn't connected to the quick release. the derailleur provides the chain tension. Please enlighten me !
