Last year at this time: I'd balloned back up to 231 after fighting all the 09 season to get to 212.
This year I'm at 212.
I was at 212 at the end of last years cycling season (november) and a lot of the 'waist' material isn't there any longer.
Maby the daily workouts (45 min level 6 on the elyptical one day, 45 minutes stepping up from level 5 to level 15 on the recumbent and 40 min level 4 on the stairmaster)along with discovering snowshoeing (and hill climbing in snowshoes)are helping (?)
What I do know is: My energy level and my breathing is a ton better this year than it's been in the past decade.
Down side...every darn cycling jersey and cycling short I own is wayyyyy too large.
I see a sizeable (shorts anyway)expenditure in the comming months.
