Under list, you look at the stats - if it says 112 - that's the funky spacing. If it's 122, that's regular spacing.

If you want to translate a particular frame do this:
1) Go to babelfish.altavista.com
2) Type in http://www.e-framebank.com/XXXX.htm (XXXX is the number of the frame you're interested in)
3) Select "Japanese to English"
4) Translate.
