About four months ago I was in a bike crash and only had lots of road rash (nothing broken). After I healed (1 month), I began on my normal rides again.

Now, I have developed this knee pain on the outside part of my right knee (where your LCL is located). I had an MRI done and the doctor said my knee is normal and just to take some Aleve before I go out riding. I did that and it helped some, but what the hell is causing this knee pain? It happens after about 20 miles into the bike ride. I am around 30 years old and in great health.

The only thing I can think of next is to go spent the $250.00 and get professionaly fit to my bike (as the local bike shop said to do).

What do you guys think? Has this happen to you and what did you do to heal it?
