I think you are too uneducated for a custom frame at this point based on this and your previous threads. Just buy a used bike, read about bikes and tinker with yours before dropping 150000円 on a frame. You still need to buy everything else. If you are going to buy more njs parts for them, new, you are going to spend another xxxxxx円.
