Prior to the race I switched to AL clinchers and lower tire pressure to stay in one piece, plus being more carefull..it paid off. Just happy to be in one piece. I felt much better than last week's crits. I guess my early interval training is starting to pay off.
AP was 211watts from my recollection before Garmin corrupted the fit file.
Congrats. Not crashing in that situation is a win in itself.

I found a nicer hotel for the next night and did 2 races at the Mothballs crit the next day back to back. The legs & lungs still weren't at 100% but I finished both and got some good training out of it.
Hopfully all the bad luck is out of the way and it's all good the rest of the season. GL
