The 520 rims that came on those bikes were just smaller versions of the 700c rear.
However, none of those are produced now, that I know of.
To get a really light road wheel like the bike had OEM, you'd have to go find one used.
The current ones available new may fit, but they are not Wolber Super Champions, etc.
Likewise, with the front tires, but not as big a discrepancy.
There are a couple vendors supplying 520 tires in narrow road widths,
maybe not ProRace3's, but good enough to go fast with.
I was at an Olympic distance triathlon last summer, and two women were on those Terry-designed bikes.
The mother was 62 and she had the "newer one," as her 42-year old daughter rode the "older" one.
I just had to ask about a granddaughter, and sure enough, a 19-year old came by. CF Trek, 48cm.
i asked her if she wanted a bike like the others? She said no, she didn't want an old steel bike.
We all just laughed, because I was walking a steel Ironman bike.
I told her, well, when she got old enough, her mom would tell her the secret...
