Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

Unless you use smaller than standard wheels or goofy geometry, a good-riding frame of that size will always have some toe overlap. Some, like the 52cm Motobeacane mentioned above use a longer than appropriate top tube to get clearance. Unless your build is short legs with a long torso you will likely find such geometry unsatisfying.

As others have mentioned, overlap is seldom an issue except during very sharp turns at low speed.
