All this is useless without frame sizes. Mine is 16.08 lbs and is a 58cm. It could probably be under 15 lbs to if I put 303 tubulars, carbon saddle and was a 54cm frame.
If you think about, you're not adding that much with a size or two since most of the weight is not in the middle of the tubes.
