We (Bike Maryland) are looking for two things:
1) Examples of laws that use the word "crash" instead of "accident"
Does any State use the word "crash" such as:
The driver of each vehicle involved in an crash that results in bodily injury to another person immediately shall stop the vehicle as close as possible to the scene of the crash, without obstructing traffic more than necessary.
2) Does any State have any legislation requiring bike trails to be open after dark?
