Read CC's review of the Uno and the Mille, they're pretty accurate. I've ridden both and feel like CC does a good job explaining the difference.

I've rode a pair of Mille's for about 3 years on nearly every ride and they're finally giving out. I bought a pair of Uno's as replacement and noticed a big difference in the compression of the fabric on my legs. I think the chamois cover less area on the Uno (which can be a good thing because the Mille's chamois covers almost too much) and the cut of the Uno is a little smaller (which leads to the compression I mentioned before).

They're both great shorts. I think it more or less comes down to do you want a to wear a comfy, roomy, relaxed Mille or sleeker, lighter (I don't mean grams lighter, just feel of it), closer cut Uno.

As far as sizing goes, is your length in your torso or legs? Your Top Tube matter more than your height in sizing. I'm 6'1" (59cm effective TT) with most of my height in my torso. I wear a large in both and my Uno is almost too short for me, and the Mille is right on. Remember, these are cut for an 'on the bike position'; they will feel too small standing up in them.
