Constant brake rubbing

I think my bike has Avid Juicy 7 Hydraulic brakes.

I don't abuse my bike. It hasn't even seen any offroad action in months. Lately I've been just riding it around on errands and converting it for camping and a tour next summer. With the snow around here I've been riding it extra carefully and not even getting to go fast.
But the brakes constantly need attention. This is my first bike with hydraulic brakes. My wheels are true and nothing seems bent. What happens is I hear them rubbing so I adjust them or bring them in to the shop, then they don't rub for a couple of days, then they start rubbing again. Am I missing something very simple here maybe? When I just stopped adjusting them they get so bad I can feel it.
