Its a little hard to understand your post, but like kycycler said, you are definitely going to have to replace something either way, hopefully you have a hanger and not a direct mount.
I recently had a close one with my drop out threads. My main bike is an early 80's cannondale, and it doesnt use a hanger, the threads are in the frame that the derailleur screws into. Its an aluminum frame, and I wasnt careful threading the derrailleur into it, and started messing up the threads in the aluminum, luckily I backed it out, and slowly tried again, and it seemed to have made it back on track. Just give it a break for awhile until you figure out what to do, the last thing you want to do is mess it up more.
