The film rolls of propaganda you watched in school have been studied and falsified extensively. When it comes down to it both tobacco and alcohol (both legal) do far more damage, both short and long term. Once the govt figures out how to regulate and tax the market things are going to change. The recurring theme of this thread is clearly education, then moderation.
