Well, the latest edition of the Zinn book covers 11-speed Campy and that's about as current as it gets.

The basics of headset R&R, bottom bracket types and R&R and wheel building haven't changed much lately so any recent maintenance book should be a good start and give the OP the background to ask specific questions about specific components.
