Ask Psimet for a quote on the new Kinlin XR-380, 38mm alu clinchers ~570 gram per rim. He could probably build you a set @ 1600 grams. Still light and more aero than what you listed(on paper).
This would be ideal, but I need something ideally under $400 (I would like to be able to spend up to $500) and wheels that will be on my bicycle by March. I'm assuming that build would be over $500 and would take a bit.
