Lookit, if you are new to cycling you should NOT NOT NOT buy a mail order bike.

Either get the cheapest new bike you can afford from a LBS or if you are really desperate get used.

You need to make sure the bike is sized properly and put together properly. And no, you don't determine size just from the stupid "size chart" online.
