These are technically not serviceable (at least every mfg document I've seen on Shimano & FSA external bearings states that). There are two sets of bearings, left and right. No inner bearings exist so lubing as shown takes care of them. I prefer to remove the bb from the bike; flush it out to get rid of old grease, grime and metal bits; lube; and reinstall. My Shimano Ultegra BB doesn't have the seal, just the plastic cover so can't help with that one.

One note. The FSA SL-K is notorious for having issues with the NDS crank are coming loose. Make sure you use thread lock & torque to specs. Failing to do so can lead to buying a new crankset.
