Okay . . . it's really your choice -- bling, price, name . . .
From the Shimano series -- basically, Dura Ace, 6700, 5700 are all the same with these exceptions . . .
Dura Ace - $ ,and hollow pins, finish
Ultegra - $ (-) solid pins, polished plates
105 - $ (--) solid pins, un-polished plates (virtually same as Ultegra chain sans polished plates; same weight, lower price

Now, more choices . .. the new CN-xx01 differ from their CN-xx00 counterparts as being 'better' backward compatible with 'older' versions (e.g., 5600 vs. 5700.) All told, if cost/performance is the criteria, buy a CN-5701 for less than $30 shiped on the bay. And, with what you save, and if you are so inclined, you can buy a card of KMC missing links (that work great with any Shimano application) with the $ you saved.

KMC has chain choices, most likely all excellent (and maybe some gold bling), but for me, why go there . . .?
