GA other questions - was this test prescribed by your coach and performed using a protocol advised or at least floated by and agreed to by your coach or were you branching out on your own?
seriously, i think you've been training dilligently. a loss of 1 w/kg at threshold is significant assuming apples to apples comparison (which i'm not certain you have). discuss with coach. if you did this under the prescription and using protocol and timing by your coach, and he/she doesnt have good rationale, i would question the qualifications of the coach. if you branched out on your own and did this outside advisement of your coach, then you should be scolded and ask yourself why you are working with a coach.
