A little late but I'll give the long/short of it, Cat 5, first year racing.

Started my season with Tom's Farm TT, Felt sick, rode hard, finished 6th
Raced the Early Bird RR, had a lot of fun met some cool people, had a long lasting breakaway, about 17 miles nipped us (3 of us) about 2 miles to go. I should have attacked before we were caught but that's what cat 5 is about, learning.

Poor Kids, 5a, rough race much harder then early bird. Tried to start something early, we split the field before the turn around. After that it was a lot of politics and "racing" no one wanted to pull, everyone sat up, group finish just got 10th.
