My wife just turned the big 3-0 last weekend, so I got her a Kinetic Fluid Trainer along with some clipless pedals and shoes. Since it's pretty much freezing down here in Houston, it worked out perfectly. Between us, we've used it everyday since we got it and we couldn't be happier!
As for my workout, I use the trainer every other day for my cardio. Saturday and Sunday, are my heavy lifting days. The weekdays I don't use the trainer, I do circuit training using light weights. Here are some pics of what our workout room looks like. All the equipment is facing a 32" LCD TV, so we don't get bored...
