41T is the smallest ring that will fit a 144BCD Campy crank. Originals are expensive, but TA makes a current version, and there were Gipiemme and Ofmega versions that show up on ebay.

Of course 41 is not that big a change from 42, so might not be worth putting a lot of effort into finding one.
