Bikes: Early Cannondale tandem, '99 S&S Frezoni Audax, '65 Moulton Stowaway, '52 Claud Butler, TSR30, Brompton

Ring up Moulton and ask them about it. At least two of the demonstrator bike at Bradford on Avon were set up with Campag 11 Ergos and Capreo cassettes and they indexed perfectly. That was a couple of months ago.
