Best way is to experiment. Try to drop slowly, and when you get to a point where you're overly tired, not recovering well, loosing power, things like that you've probably gone a bit far.
Makes sense. Thats kinda what I figured but it doesnt hurt to ask. The majority of the racing I will be doing will be of the sprint variety. Actually I will probably be doing more leading out for our best sprinter.
