If you're at or above 2.4 inches [edit - lbs] / inch of height -lose weight fatty (this is me currently);
above 2.2 - still lose weight. When you hit 2.2, start thinking about cost/benefit (this is me in my 30s);
at or below 2.0 - maybe too far; no doubt, you are skinny (although a lot young guys are in this group, including me when I was 18-30). Go sign up for hill climb races.
