Regarding your picture, this information is not easily googled. The manufacturers purposely avoid posting weights. Also, no good information on how to compare frames with integrated seatposts.
You might check reviews of the frames by competitive cyclist on youtube or their website. I know they have a video review for the Wilier Cento1 SL.
