All good advice above. I would like to add that 40nm or 50nm is tight but not "holy ****" tight. Campy calls for 50nm and it is not that hard to go beyond that with a 12" wrench. The lockring will resist more with each "click" and you'll be down to one or two at a time when it's tight enough.
