Can't tell. Looks like a Tange Infinity label on teh seat tube, Mangalloy labels on the fork, which would put it around 1982-1984. Canti brakes, I don't know, those models I'm not familiar with.

I've certainly not seen a yellow one. If it's a repaint, only thing you can do is see if the labels are OEM, check for any signs of labels under the paint, and go from there.
