My commute, 3.8 miles with a stoplight every 1/2 mile or less, takes anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes by car, because it goes right in front of 4 schools (!!!) where kids and parents are all clustered and jamming up traffic. I don't want to think of what kind of time it takes a bus to do a similar trip. My ride today (my fastest so far, 5th day of commuting) was 11minutes. I had no stops. It was wonderful.
