It's not Pricepoint that's charging you this. It's UPS that is.

All packages purchased outside of Canada must be be processed for customs duties and taxes. If you have somenoe do it on your behalf they will typically charge you a fee on top of what gets charged by the government. UPS is making a killing charging these fees. However, you can avoid this by doing the customs clearance yourself. Do a search, I think I remember outlining the procedure in another thread.
