"most classic wheel builders used pitch to check for equal tension (or equal enough)"
I'd be curious to know what the experienced builders 'consider adequate equal tension'.. ie, the amount of tension disperity between spokes? I ask after checking tension on my winter rider.. a good deal of variaton in that one DS. Yet a rebuilt rim.. I've learned used rims can come with memory that requires higher tension in some areas to get it straight. At least that has been my experience on 1-2 rebuilts so far. But I'm wondering if a 50+ KfG variaton is asking for problems later on... albeit that wheel is near 3000 miles. I plan on putting it on the stand after the salt season and having a closer looksee.
I didn't wade thru that whole video.. wondering if they glued the final result?
