I'm also wondering if you're refering to bikeroom. I returned an item to them and they stiffed me the money. I'm done with them, they were good to me last year, this year they've been piss poor. Thankfully I have a great LBS that never charges full price, but there is sometimes quite the lag time getting the parts I want.
