Hm, I don't think they are especially long. I'm 191 cm tall, and I measured 84,5 cm from top of the saddle to the middle of bottom bracket.

Saddle to handlebar drop is of course too big to drive comfortably from drops in winter garments (in the summer, the bar is two spacers/1 cm lower). Fortunately the Noodle bar's flat ramp section provides a good place for hands even without brake levers.

EDIT And here's my "real" winter bike, a '08 Specialized. Maybe I should have bought a 61 cm Tricross instead of 58, but at least it was dirt cheap. The handlebar BTW is a WTB mountain drop bar. Oh, and I know that the spacer stack looks ridiculous, no need to mention that
